
Each Drobo device attached to your Mac will have a specific drive tab. 1st and 2nd Generation Drobos that are connected over the network via a DroboShare can be identified by the DroboShare logo
or
in the drive tab.


* DroboPro does not display "Mount" fields.

Device Tab |
Shows the name assigned to your Drobo storage device. Note: Multiple Drobo devices attached to a single computer will show up as separate tabs. |

Storage Capacity |
Shows your Drobo device's total available protected capacity. |
|
Used Space |
Portion of the total protected capacity currently in use. |
|
Free Space |
Portion of the total protected capacity still available for use. |

Username and Password Login (Drobo FS and DroboElite only) |
If you have set a username and password for the administration of your Drobo FS or DroboElite, you will be required to login in order to change settings, create or delete volumes (DroboElite only), etc. See Drobo FS Settings or DroboElite Settings (Admin) for setting up your username and password. |

Volume Table Pane |
Lists all of the volumes on the Drobo device , including Volume Name, File System Format, Used Space and Maximum Capacity. |

Mount (Drobo FS and DroboElite only) |
This checkbox allows you to mount the volumes you want to be accessible on your Drobo FS or DroboElite. |

Manage Volumes (DroboPro and DroboElite only) |
Click to create, delete, rename or set usernames and passwords for the volumes on your DroboPro or DroboElite. |

Click to access your Drobo device's Advanced Controls. |
